If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or size exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Maison Orvino is a trademark brand owned and operated by LUNA, a GST-registered business based in Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.

Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for products that:

Have been worn or used.

Have been washed or altered.

Are damaged due to customer misuse.

Are returned without original tags or packaging.
Show signs of stains, perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other usage.
Maison Orvino reserves the right to reject any return that does not satisfy the above conditions after inspection.
3. Size Exchange
We understand that finding the right fit is important.
We gladly offer size exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
To request a size exchange:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The product must satisfy all return eligibility conditions.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative eligible product or request a refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.
Share your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
If required, provide photographs of the product.
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
Do not return products without receiving return instructions from Maison Orvino.
5. Product Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes our inspection.
Maison Orvino reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product has passed our quality inspection:
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's registered bank account.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping is available on all orders across India.
If a return is approved due to:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product shipped

Product damaged during transit

Maison Orvino will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to reasons such as change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection, return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise communicated.
The ₹49 Cash on Delivery handling charge is a service fee and is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
Maison Orvino reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:

The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
